A pleasantly mild and flavorful variety of Arabica coffee. Caturra has a vibrant acidity, medium body, a fragrance of lemon, an aroma of pine nuts and caramel, and a round creamy, and clean taste. The naturally processed Caturra has a hint of red wine and slight sweetness that comes from sun drying the beans inside the coffee cherries.
